15 Days Ago I Used To Get Vomit Only One

Seems viral
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You seem to be having viral gastroenteritis. Either its spreading to the respiratory tract too or you may have aspirated vomitus. Need to do chest X Ray. Take a medicine to avoid vomiting like Ondensetron 1-2 times a day. You will also need antibiotics like amoxicillin-clavulanate for atleast 3-5 days. You will require written prescription for it. Avoid sugary foods, milk and juices. Drink warm water to dissolve the mucous in airways.
As Coronavirus is also affecting digestion in some cases, I will suggest that you self-isolate and take all precautions to avoid its spread. Your doctor may also check you for covid-19 and may give anti-virals if diagnosis is confirmed.
Soap is good disinfectant against coronavirus and other viruses so wash yourself and your clothes regularly with soap. Take adequate rest. Drink warm fluids and warm air. Do some prayer or meditation to relieve anxiety. So you will be fine.
Meanwhile take measures to help you breathe better. One is do some deep breathing atleast 8-10 rounds every 2-3 hrs or do some yoga with breathing twice a day. You can also drink tea for some days as it helps in breathing better: boil some ginger, fennel seeds, black pepper and tea leaves in water and then add some milk. Avoid adding sugar or let it be minimal.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Asthma can cause similar symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Asthma can cause similar symptoms of shortness of breath. However its nothing to be worried. People live long lives with asthma, or acute viral gastroenteritis. Asthma is a chronic condition meaning it comes and goes for long time. It typically doesnot start with digestive problems. Pulmonary function test can be done at a medical college to confirm diagnosis of asthma.
With your symptoms I am not worried at all. With appropriate treatment it can be managed. Appropriate treatment depends on exact diagnosis. Exact diagnosis requires testing including complete blood count, chest XRay, Nasopharyngeal swab for culture and sensitivity, pulmonary function test.
Most mucous in chest are benign and such mucous in chest or airways clears up by itself. Strong immunity helps. Medicines are just add-on.

Thanks in advance
To me it seems like acute bronchitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for writing back!
Your symptoms currently seem to be acute bronchitis. Whatever its cause is, it is usually self-resolving in nature. Are your symptoms getting better or worse?
In my patients I will usually give them a prescription of antibiotics like amoxicillin-clavulanic acid 625 mg twice a day for 3-5 days. Also salbutamol syrup or inhaler for shortness of breath as needed. Take warm fluids like ginger, turmeric and black pepper boiled in a cup of tea and sip them slowly. Steam inhalation may also be helpful. If vomiting is there, then ondansetron tablet once a day to control vomiting. Avoid air pollution of any type including smoke, dust, fumes, pets, etc. Drink cleaner water.
