Hello Doctor,
For the past 7 months I have been suffering from pins and needles, twitching body wide, silent reflux, some cramping and some perceived weakness. I have had two EMG's, MRI of the brain and cspine, mounds of blood tests and seen 3 nuerologists as well a GI doctor for the acidreflux. Can this be something sinister still?

Unlikely to be something sinister.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

I have noted your clinical details, as well as the details of your extensive consultations and evaluations. It is highly unlikely that something sinister has been missed.

So, there is no need to worry.
