Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service .
I read your query and here is my advice.
I believe there are different causes for your symptoms and you may need to visit different doctors.
I think you may be suffering from endometriosis which is causing you painful intercourse, abdominal pain and frequent abortions. You should visit your gynaecologist and he may do you an ultrasound and possibly a laparoscopy to check it.
Also you may need to visit a rheumatologist to check your joints and spine. I think you may be suffering from spine deformities such scoliosis which can give you back pain, difficulty breathing , chronic fatigue and joint pain.
Also you may need to visit a neuropsychologyst because if the migraine which can also cause nausea and vomiting.

Hope I have answered the question.
