Question: 1.It has been 2.5 months post c-section delivery. I have gained a lot of weight. When can I start doing exercise/ yoga?

After a C-section delivery, a rest of 2.5months is sufficient to allow the body to heal.
You can start with exercises gradually to lose the extra fat that has deposited.
The numbness around the c-section scar is a normal finding. This happens due the damage to the superficial nerves during the surgery. This numbness will slightly improve over next 4-5months.
During winters it is best to avoid any exposure to cold. Do regular exercise and have a healthy protein rich diet with low fats and sugar.
