Brief Answer:
Hello
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor.
Thank you for your query.
I understand your concern.
Well blood coming from mouth fresh red needs to be evaluated.
Hope your ct scan of chest was done and was normal.
Worthwhile taking an ent opinion to look for source of blood too.
Avoid too much retching or violent clearing of throat or retching if any.
If ent opinion and ct chest is normal then worthwhile considering an endoscopy of the upper gastrointestinal tract to look for source of bleeding.
Avoid sleeping 2 hrs after meals.
Hope this answers your query.
Happy to help.
Wish you a speedy recovery.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Have gone through your reports.
Looks like lungs are the source of your blood in sputum
Worthwhile undergoing tests including bronchoscopy look for active TB as suggested by your doctor (his prescription looks reasonable).
Also check with him about doing a CT angiography of the chest or conventional pulmonary angiography and angio embolization of bleeder if any. But these are advanced test to be done after discretion of your treating doctor.
best wishes.
