2 Days Back I Got Pain All Over Body Hands

Question: 2 days back I got pain all over body hands legs and lower back. extreme weakness.. when I checked the fever it was 103. I took dolo 650 mg.. the fever got down to 99.5 in abt 2 hrs. from that time I hv been taking solo every 6 hrs when fever rise to 100.. it looks to be case of viral.. pls advise if I continue taking dolo or see a doctor
