2 Weeks Ago I Slipped And Fell On My Kitchen

Please follow the advice, observe how you stay afterwards...
Detailed Answer:
Hello there,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query...
Well, it seems like a recent onset injury only...just keep observing the left leg for any excessively increasing swelling/skin-nail discolouration in-and-around and any decreased sensation over the area...these are the most concerning symptoms which may indicate a deeper injury/underlying fracture...in that case, a prompt X-ray is needed along with an Orthopedic's review...
However, for now, I'd suggest keeping the feet elevated...
Along with it, and most importantly, you need to give the affected leg rest...Don't involve into any strenuous activities for the time being...Avoid too much moving around also...
Alternate hot-cold compression over the area twice to thrice daily would be helpful...
For pain, taking round the clock pain-killer such as Acetaminophen/Tylenol (650mg three times daily after food) or Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily after food for the next 3-4 days would be beneficial...
However, if despite following these, there's a persistent increase in pain/any progressive swelling-redness/weakness then better not to wait any longer and get it examined by any Orthopedician along with getting the X-ray done...
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take Care
Kind Regards
