Brief Answer:
Get examined and evaluated by a neurologist or neurosurgeon
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. Neck pain radiating to arm and hand may be due to nerve root compression.
Sometimes, different level disc prolapse with nerve root compression occurs post surgery. Facial numbness requires evaluation by a Neurologist or neurosurgeon. Physiotherapy under guidance is advisable.
