Hello Aravind,

I've gone through your query in details...
Well, as per your description, it could be due to several reasons (namely due to some yeast infection, viral infection, skin tags or some other conditions). If you could upload some pictures of the bumps under bright light, it'd be really helpful for me to assess.
Additionally, a Dermatological check-up should also be done, management can be done based on the findings.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Can hardly appreciate any bumps...
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for attaching the picture.
However, It seems quite dark and I can hardly appreciate any bumps there. Although I can point out some redness over the area.
If it's present for a short duration, this could be due to some allergic reaction (due to certain clothing/cosmetic/food products). However, there a possibility of this could be due to some infection (possibly fungal or viral) as well. Management will be different in that scenario.
For now, she can apply some soothing aloe-vera/ calamine lotion over the area. If the itching is still present, take an antiallergic (LEVOCETIRIZINE 10mg once only) and observe how she stays. Put on loose-fitting cotton clothing.
However, if it's still persistent despite this, a Dermatological check-up should also be done, management can be done based on the findings.
