3 Months Ago When I Was Walking Suddenly I Got

in my mind i thought it could be because i didnt had anything to eat for breakfast but when i tried to eat something it was extremely difficult to sowllow
This feeling stayed for hours till it goes and i was left with headache for hours till i slept
The next day everything was normal i walk up and went to work but then again it happened my friend rushed me to ER BUT THEY SAID EVERYTHING IS normal then i left feeling normal and continue my day the only thing i noticed is that i snapped on my friend for no apparent reason which is odd since iv always been calm man not so easy to irritate
Anyway on the same day at night when i was smoking hookah yet again i had this intense feeling in the back of my head and rushed back home
Between these 3 episodes of attacks everything was normal
However after the third episode i was left with sever headache that lasted for a week and no pain killer helped with it
Then after that, the headache become milder but i had lightheaded, confusion , difficulty in consternation , foggy mind to the point that on of my friend when i was talking to him thought that i was having a stroke, changes in personality and behavior , depression and some times intense sharp pain in the back of the head which feels like electric shot and sometimes numbness and tingling in the left side of my head these symptoms lasted for two months i have them constantly all day long but i noticed that they were getting better with time.
Right now all previous symptoms subside or became milder but i still have dull pain in the left side of my head mostly in the back that tingle and numb and i still depressed and not feeling like my old self with no much energy to do stuff or even enjoying things i used to love and difficulty in falling asleep
Has a brain imaging scan been done for you?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar, a neurologist, here to answer your query.
I would like to know that whether a brain scan like MRI or CT has been done for you concerning these symptoms? Though the initial 2 transient episodes are not specific enough to point to a particular diagnosis but as your headache persisted for a week after the third episode, a brain imaging is advisable to rule out any intracranial abnormality. Further, do these episodes have an association with mental stress or anxiety in your case?
I shall be glad to have you in follow up with details so that I can answer your query well further.
Regards

Mental relaxation exercises/meditation
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up.
Your CT scan of brain turned out to be normal likely rules out an structural brain disease. I would again say that your symptoms are non-specific to suggest any specific disease; however, tingling with numbness in head along with depression may be observed in stress headache. Having said that, the symptoms which you are having for past 2 months are probably due to 'tension type headache' or 'stress headache'. You should start doing mental relaxation exercises like meditation/yoga and I hope that you will be fine.
Hope that helps. If you have any further questions, I shall be glad to answer them.
