Question: 3 story apt building, rain through the roof, ceiling of 3rd floor apt onto their floor, ceiling of 2nd floor apt, onto floor of 2nd floor apt. If someone in 3rd floor is ill or with cordova19 can their smoking, breathing, coughing, sneezing, walking in the rain on their floor spread the virus or other illnesses to the 2nd floor?

Well, there's no proven route of transmission in this way, i.e. rainwater/adverse weather conditions doesn't promote or spread the Coronavirus...don't worry!

Apart from that, wear face mask esp. while going out...maintain social distancing, avoid any body-contacts with others... Maintain strict hand hygiene by washing the hands with soap and water before and after touching any objects...Use hand sanitizers in case of handwashing facility not available...
