Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The back pain that you are having is likely to be related to the mild disc herniation at L5-S1 level. Since there is no foraminal narrowing regular physiotherapy exercises and mild traction will help in decreasing the pain. Spinal decompression and laser treatment can be avoided for now and can be planned in case there is no relief with traction and lumbar disc support belt. The treatment can be planned according to the relief you get with the medicines.
I hope this answers your query.

Thank you for your response.
Can you suggest me some medication for the pain, antinflamatory. Pain levels are 8 on 10. The pain starts with in 5 minutes of sitting. any alternative options or home/self treatment for time being.
I cannot afford the treatment suggested by doctor, may be after 4-5 years I can think of. Please advise me some alternatives.
Oral muscle relaxants can help.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing in again.
For the pain of 8 on a scale of 10, you need strong anti-inflammatory pain killers. Only Kaprex will not help. You can get oral muscle relaxants prescribed by your Orthopedician and do a hot compress in the area. Application of local analgesic gel like Volini will also help.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Detailed Answer:
You can have muscle relaxants like Robaxin, Flexeril or XXXXXXX but all these are avilable on prescription only.
It is better to get these prescribed by your physician.
