Thursday, jumped rope for 2 mins after not jumping rope for years(might be important)
Friday, watched an online video podcast, and saw a number of videos that were equally shocking, painful, and crazy. Which caused me to spin into a full blown laugh attack. I was laughing for what seemed like 10 minutes straight, not being able to breath a few times. Immediately after laughing, my body started shaking uncontrollably, like if I was freezing cold. After the shaking stopped I was able to remain calm.
Friday night I have a hard time sleeping, my body temperature kept rising and dropping, waking up sweating, then being freezing the next moment. It felt like having an actual cold, when you just feel freezing and sore.
Saturday evening, whenever I leave my room to the cold kitchen, I would start shaking/convulsing as soon as I made it back to my room.
Now it's Monday, and my body is still sore and feeling fatigued.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question. Hope I can be of help for you today. Excessive laughing can be related to your emotion from your body and use this mechanism to regulate your emotion. Feeling freeze and sore in your body can be caused by the flu. You may experience fatigue and soreness in your body. Febrile convulsion can happen most in children. But when you have fever and chill it can cause you to shake and feel cold. You can try acetaminophen medicine and rest enough and eat healthy food and fruit. Flu can take a week to feel better. If you have difficult breathing or shortness of breath, purple or blue discoloration of the lips, high fever, confusion, seizures, worse cough you should go to see a doctor.
I hope that It can help you, and please let me know if you have any clarification or question about that, and I would be welcome to discuss it with you further. I Hope you have good health.
Best regards,
Dr. Heang Chan Raksmey, General and Family Physician
