32 XXXXXXX Male: I Have Had One Sexual Partner For

32 XXXXXXX male: I have had one sexual partner for the past 8 months or so, and he%E2%80%99s insisted its only been me he%E2%80%99s been with. Unprotected sex has been fairly regular maybe once every 2-3 weeks. I%E2%80%99ve had textbook STD symptoms 4 times within this window (itchy, burning, discharge) but my STD tests come back negative every time. I%E2%80%99ve been tested 4 times since I%E2%80%99ve been seeing this guy including one last week in which I still have symptoms. Could there be a mystery STD other than Gonorrhea and Chlamydia? I don?t want to scare him by saying I have an STD when I don%E2%80%99t. Could it be a UTI? Honestly don%E2%80%99t know what to do. I know the symptoms will go away eventually, but i dont want go through this all over again next time i have sex.
Attached is my std test from last week, as well as what my discharge looked like at the time of test. As of this morning, i dont have discharge anymore.

I can see frankly purulent discharge per urethrum. This is certainly Gonorrhea and therefore regardless of the test result and I would recommend treating for both Gonorrhea as well as Chlamydia. This is because infection by N Gonococcus is frequently accompanied by chlamydial infection.
