Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have and managed patient for years before any complications appear. So in my opinion , you can lead a near normal life with medications prescribed to you by your doctor.
If you have severe form of Psoriatic Arthritis- then you may develop some deformities over the years particularly narrowing of finger tips and deformities like rheumatoid arthritis. For severe cases now a days biologics are available ,which do help in preventing any deformities.
On medications alone , you can manage good no of years . I have patients of more than 20 yrs in excellent condition.
Thanks
