Could be due to inflammation of bladder
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .You have mentioned your gender to be male .Hope you have asked this query for your close relative.
Based on the facts that routine urine analysis of the woman in question has revealed microscopic hematuria .
I shall be happy if you can upload report of urine analysis so as to make precise comments on the issue .It is important to other findings in the report to look other aspects to conclude probable pathology .
In absence of any symptom Frequent urination that she has could be inflammation of the bladder which runs parallel to inflammation of pelvic organs which is very common in females due to hormonal imbalance at peri menopausal age.
Get her urine culture done to rule out infection which can not be revealed on routine urine test .
Taking urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin along with urinary anti spasmodic Flavoxate twice daily will help to resolve the issue .
Do write after you get reports of Ultrasound .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
