As per the discharge summary patient had a MI (heart attack) for which angioplasty was done. Now as patient has coronary artery disease so there is always a chance of having cardiac event in future depending upon disease progression.
If patient is presently a symptomatic then a stress echo can be done to asses the present cardiac status after getting a written advice from treating cardiologist.
