Question: 5 hospitalizations with lower leg(s) unexplained cellulitis, along with muscle weakness , joint pain, headaches, loss of appetite, bloating, irritability, SOB, random heart thumping, raynauds, vasculitis, constant diarrhea - sometimes all blood, severe heartburn and daily feeling chills. Plus, I've recently gained over 20 pounds within 3 months. SORRY FOR ALL OF THE DIFFERENT ISSUES! My doctors and the ER keep referring me to rheumatologists, cardiologists, dermatologists, gastroenterology doctors. No real answers though.

Brief Answer:
chronic pain syndrome

Detailed Answer:
hi,
I have gone through your reports in great detail.
you are suffering from inflammation/ irritable bowel, producing various issues with your bowel and stool.
the possibility of the same affecting muscles and joints is there.
the tests for arthritis are all clear, I suggest we treat this as a chronic pain/muscle disorder, you are already taking cymbalta, one option is to increase the dose to 60 mg and add a drug like pregabalin.
this will help us in tackling the pain .
i hope this has been helpful.
regards
