Question: 59 yr old female. Inguinal lymph note swelling and pain, accompanied by extreme fatigue , cough and numbness/ tingling in both hands.

Thanks for the query.
The swollen lymph node general indicates infection somewhere in the near by region.
Look for local causes like infected wound or folliculitis.
Consult a general practitioner and start a short course of antibiotics preferably amoxclav.
Generally it will settle with antibiotics, if swelling persists better to go for a biopsy.
The fatigue and tiredness are all part of the infection. Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
