Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for the query.
Is it a laparoscopic surgery or open surgery? Is there is any mesh used for repair? Do you experience pain and is there any fever? Do you have any comorbid conditions like diabetes?
As per the CT report it is more of minor inflammation.
Waiting for your reply.
Thanks

Open surgery for recurrent hernia, mesh used.
Pain from time to time, but mainly tugging and pressure sensations that make me afraid it's reocurred.
No diabetes or fever.
I also had a seroma after the surgery which has almost gone away. Not sure if that helps.
Any thing other details you need that might help with your answer?

Brief Answer:
Recurrence is unlikely.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Recurrence is unlikely.
Some individuals experience local reaction against mesh and develop similar symptoms. In your case you had seroma and wound infection. As per your imaging, there is no significant fluid collection and it seems like recovery phase.
You can wait couple of weeks and reassess.
As of now you can try some anti inflammatory pills after consulting your surgeon,
Thanks
