Brief Answer:
Probably a side effect of bactrim

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

There are two possibilities of this nausea and vomiting feeling caused by bactrim or by any viral infection.
Nausea and vomiting can be side effect of bactrim. It may go away as bactrim leaves your body.
If it is not related to bactrim usage it can be a viral infection. It doesn't need treatment as it goes away itself in several days.

You may do a total blood count and a blood chemistry levels to check liver and kidney function.
