Brief Answer:
Recurrent bruises may be due to disorder of clotting or coagulation pathway

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Bruises can occur due to trauma or abnormalities of clotting factors.
Normal complete blood count with normal platelet counts rules out possibility of any platelet disorder.
Moreover, platelet disorders are associated with petechiae.
Thus, I suggest you to get tests for clotting or coagulation pathway - prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT) and thrombin time (TT).
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment of the recurring bruise followed by the above mentioned investigations.
Kindly, post the result of the investigations for interpretation.

Thanks and take care
