Brief Answer:
Please get an Ultrasound of the area

Detailed Answer:
Hi
After trauma, blood gets collected in various areas depending on the site of injury..It is called Haematoma.
Usually,it gets resolved spontaneously in course of time.
If there is no change even after few weeks,I get an Ultrasound of the affected area.If blood is collected,I will Aspirate with a Syringe or drain the blood .
Please consult a Doctor and get an Ultrasound of the affected area and proceed further.
Please post the picture if you do not have any Objection.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health and speedy recovery.
Regards
