Brief Answer:
Chemotherapy is standard
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
The reports show that that the disease has spread to pelvic peritoneum. At present, disease burden is probably not too high, as per the PET scan. But definitely it is stage IV.
So standard of care is chemotherapy. It is not curable with chemotherapy but can control it for some time. 5 yr survival is approximately 20-30%.
Hope this helps.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Yes it can be given
Detailed Answer:
liposomal doxorubicin is not necessarily better than paclitaxel, but it has no or less hairfall, no body pain but more anemia and more nausea, mouth ulcers.
So basically the side effects are different. Six cycles usually given.
There's no such parameter as kill rate, tumor response is seen in 70% but unfortunately it comes back within average 1-2 years.
