Question: A 62 Yr old complained of irregular periods for 6 months. XXXXXXX with BSO done one month back. Biopsy shows Gr2 mod diff papillary adenocarcinoma with less than 50 percent myometrial involvement.
Path staging PT1aNoM1.
Report of biopsy and post hysterectomy PET scan attached.

1) What next step of management?

2) some say chemotherapy and some Radiotherapy.

3) what's survival rate?
