Question: A 76 year old man living in XXXXXXX with history of BPH and was treated with Zoladex for the last two years. Recently discovered metastatic prostate cancer to the liver and has been put on ADT for the last two months. What is the best approach on treating the metastatic prostate cancer? Thank you
