Brief Answer:
It could be due to Haemorrhoids

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Bright red coloured blood in stool can be due to Haemorrhoids. As there is no pain, anal Fissure is excluded.
Please take high fiber diet. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. I ask my patients to stop Non vegetarian food and alcohol.
Your stool should be soft.
Inspite of above dietary modifications,if there is Blood in stool, then I prefer COLONOSCOPY. Entire Colon can be visualised .
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
