There is a raised res area in the eyes which is most probably a nodule and it indicates the inflammation of episclera which is the outer covering of the white of the eye. It needs treatment with steroid eye drops instilled three times a day for two weeks . It can be recurrent and then you need to be investigated for inflammatory and autoimmune conditions as it may be associated with it .
