A Pea-sized Bump Appeared On My Left Forearm (left Arm,

Question: A pea-sized bump appeared on my left forearm (left arm, about 2 inches above the wrist). It's relatively hard, and after I rubbed it a bruise formed around it. A similar bump appeared on my outer thigh about 2 weeks prior and also bruised after touching it. The bumps were not red or blue, but simply skin colored. Is this a sign of infection?

Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have gone through your query and need to ask you a few questions:
Were the bumps associated with pain and burning sensation?
Do you have any other ailments or taking any medicines?
When did the bump on the thigh disappear?
Do you have any fever associated with the bumps or any pus discharge from the bumps?
Also, it'd be very helpful if you please upload the pictures of the bump under the report section of this web-page, that way, I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.
