Brief Answer:
The cream is very unlikely to be the culprit.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
It is very unlikely that the Essential relief cream, that is used topically, to cause such dizziness.
So, in my opinion, other conditions and possibilities should be taken into consideration.
I think that changes in blood pressure, arrhythmia, etc. are conditions that may cause your symptoms.
Adverse effects of some of the drugs that you use also may be a possibility.
Please also discuss with your Doctor about these issues.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
