Question: ANC Patient, is it advisable to take Paracetamol 650mg (3 doses) and Cetrizinet 5mg (2 doses) per day for Fever (100Â°) and running nose.

Age is 26, second pregnancy , first one is ceaserian. 4month pregnant now. Gap is 28 months from first one. Fever on night and running nose all day

For the above symptoms..

Restrict Dolo only when she has fever.

You can give Tab Cetrizine 10mg or Levocetrizine 5mg once in the night for not more than 5 days.
