Abdominal Pain, Started Shivering With Fever. Medical Test Normal. Am I Having Food Infection?

I have a distinct problem in my Stomach.
About 1.5 years back, one evening, i started getting pain in the stomach. It started slowly and grew around my stomach. After 2 hours,it became worse and i started shivering with fever. I went to hospital and then got some tablets.I was Okay next day.
Similar thing repeated twice and then i went for another doctor in Mangalore, India and i was tested for Ultrasonic for Kidney, lever and Jaundice. Everything was normal.
I got similar problems atleast once in 4 months and in the last 3 months, it is becmong once in a month. It is worrying me. But i observed that, in the last 3-5 occassions, i was able to get rid of the pain the moment i omit everything out.But i have to suffer atleast 3 -4 hours and then i need to omit. After omitting, i will have light shivering and fever for couple of hours and then it will be cured. But one thing, the pain and shivering in the offlate incidents are not as severe like i faced 1.5 years before.
I am astonished with this problem and hence i am scared to make my travel plans and other activities.I remember the dates i had these problems recently
09 Sep 2012, 31 Oct 12,25 Nov 2012,23 Dec 2012....
I remember the food i taken before each days
09 Sep 2012: on 08 Sep, i had ice cream with Fruits and then Vegetables food.
31 Oct 12: I was travelling on the same day for 9 hours in a bus and the pain started half way.I had empty stomach for some time
25 Nov: on 24 Nov, i was in XXXXXXX Italy and i had pork and beef roasted. It was not fully cooked.
23 Nov: On 22 Nov, i had an ice cream which was in refrigerator for one month.I thought thiscould be the reason.
I have ice cream regularly, but i have not faced such issues always
I am thinking this could be some food infection. But i am not able to find the root cause.I eat at regular intervals as the doctor suggested me that too during my early consulations
Need your advise
Regards
XXXXXXX
Despite your normal ultrasound, your symptoms could still be caused by gallbladder disease. People who have recurrent symptoms like yours and who have normal ultrasounds should undergo another test called cholescintigraphy (also known as a HIDA scan). This test will help determine if your gallbladder is functioning normally.
The pain from gallbladder disease often occurs within a few hours of eating a meal -- particularly a meal that contains fats -- but it can occur when your stomach is empty, too. I doubt your symptoms are due to eating contaminated food; food-borne illnesses typically last longer than a few hours and usually cause diarrhea as well as vomiting.
Inflammatory bowel disease, such as Crohn's disease, can cause abdominal pain and fever. Again, though, the brief and transient nature of your symptoms is unusual for Crohn's disease. Thus, cholecystitis (gallbladder inflammation) needs to be ruled out first.
I suggest you see a gastroenterologist to discuss this issue and determine the next step in your evaluation. I'll be available if you have additional questions, but you should follow up with a specialist to pursue a diagnosis.
I hope things go well for you.
