About 10 Days Or So Ago, After My Fiancee And
Question: About 10 days or so ago, after my fiancee and I had sex, I noticed a strange, firm lump under the skin of my penis. When it is flaccid, it is almost nonexistent. You can feel a small, firm tube maybe the size of a grain of rice if you feel around when it is flaccid. When my penis is erect, the lump is larger and firmer, and it reduces again after an erection. Again, it's still there when it's flaccid, but it is incredibly small in comparison (maybe 1/5 the size of when it is erect). It's under the surface of the skin, so not a wart. I have pretty severe health anxiety, so I guess I'm just incredibly concerned that this is cancer or something serious. It hasn't gotten larger over the last 10 days but still returns to that larger size with every erection. Should I be worried?

How long does a lymphocele usually last? I admit, I've been poking and squeezing it, would that be likely to make it last longer? Also, is it common for lymphoceles to get larger with an erection like that?

It generally goes away in a few days but may last for a few weeks.
If it is not hurting or causing any other symptoms I would say you just need to keep an eye on it. If it lasts more than a couple of weeks or it is growing or it causes any pain or you have urinary symptoms you will have to have it checked with your doctor.
