Penile lymphocele could be the cause- it is not worrisome
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service,
I carefully read your query and understand your concern.
Any visible or palpable lesion is better to be examined to better determine its nature, so a visit with the doctor is recommended.
On the other hand, a lump on the penis, which comes up after sexual activity is very likely due to lymphocele (penile lymphocele). This is not a sexually transmitted disease or cancer. This is just a collection of lymph due to temporary blockage of the lymph vessels during the sexual activity.
It is nothing to worry about and no treatment is generally needed. It should go away with time.
If you notice that the lump is getting bigger, you may need to have it examined, just to be on the safer side. Also, if you get any other symptoms such as a deformity of the penile shaft when erect, you will need to see your doctor.
I hope this is helpful.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Detailed answer below
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back,
It is possible for a lymphocele to grow with erection and later go down, this is the main characteristic of it.
It is related to sexual intercourse, so vigorous sexual activities may affect it.
It generally goes away in a few days but may last for a few weeks.
If it is not hurting or causing any other symptoms I would say you just need to keep an eye on it. If it lasts more than a couple of weeks or it is growing or it causes any pain or you have urinary symptoms you will have to have it checked with your doctor.
I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
