About 3 Weeks Ago I Had A Groin Pain On

Question: About 3 weeks ago I had a groin pain on my left side and my left testicle felt tender and sensitive but went away in 2-3 days. Since then my left testicle appears to have gotten larger and is very hard, but does not hurt. Tonight I'm starting to feel that groin pain on the left side again and I'm urinating frequently......about every 20 mins. Is this something that could be serious? Should I go to an ER immediately?

Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted swelling and pain in Left testicle with groin pain and burning urination that you have is mostly due to Epididymoorchitis (Infection of Epididymis and Testis)

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum .

In the mean while start taking antibiotic like Cefixime and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Ensure to drink more water .

There is no urgency to visit Emergency Room .
