About 3 Weeks Ago I Started Feeling What Felt Like

Question: About 3 weeks ago I started feeling what felt like a slight urge to constantly urinate. However no pain or itching upon urination. AZO UTI test said I was positive for Leukocytes. Seen a urgent care doctor and he said my urine looked normal and had a bit of white blood cell, but he didnt seem concerned. He advised me to take AZO tablets and increase my water intake. I had sex with a woman who is a escort a week beforehand so that had me concerned. I wore a condom for everything except her performing oral sex on me a couple times briefly. He said he didn't seem concerned for STDs. Later the frequency subsided but I started getting gas and diarrhea. Also some back pain. Went to primary doctor and she suggested possible IBS or Lactose....My question is could I have caught something through her performing oral on me? No pain, itching or burning in penis at all. Just occasional pee urgency. My only concern is why the white blood cell in my urine? Should I get tested for STDs? Is it just my stress and worry about it? Or what could this be? No doctor seems to be too concerned. Just offer blood and urine tests, but I have no insurance.....Thank you.

Brief Answer:
It could be a urinary tract infection (UTI) only.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.

It could be a simple urinary tract infection only.
Presence of white cells in urine indicates urinary tract infection only. It has nothing to do with your previous sexual encounter and STD is unlikely.
You can go for a urine culture and sensitivity and start antibiotics accordingly. Drink plenty of water.
If you are older than fifty we have to think of prostrate enlargement also.

Wishing all the best.
Thanks

If its not STD related how can I get a UTI as a man? I heard its uncommon. I am turning 32 years old in two weeks. And if its a UTI shouldnt I be experiencing pain in the urethra to some extent? Also, why the sudden stomach problems the past few weeks. I.E. gas, gurgly stomach, occassional diarrhea? Could this be linked to the urinary issues? I also occasionally feel like a sort of irritation/burn which feels like its coming from inside my rectum. Although, I do nothing sexually anal...I will admit Ive had a porn and masturbation problem for many years. If Im not having real sex I will masturbate once a day at least. Sometimes twice. Nothing too crazy in a day though. Dont know if this could be linked. Thanks!
