About Six Days Ago I Fell Off My Longboard I Am Feeling Fever 99.5 And Cough In Throat
Question: Hello,
About six days ago I fell off my longboard after landing a trick. My body slammed into the ground and I felt my brain bounce on the back of my skull. My head did not hit the ground, just my body though. I have been having headaches throughout the week, and so far today I have had an headache all day. I am a little paranoid, should I go make an appointment to get seen. I am worried about wasting a doc's time about some minor headache.

Brief Answer:
No need to visit a doctor soon .
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I don't think you need an appointment about the headache. The headache is somewhat normal after a fall. Taking count that you did not hurt the head on ground it means that you didn't had a direct trauma on head.
So no x-rays or scans needed.
It you had brain issues the nausea and vomiting would be present as well as vertigo.
Take acetaminophen or ibuprofen for headache.
It it still persists after a couple of days then you may need to see your doctor.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
