Detailed Answer:
Hii. Welcome to the healthcare services. it seems that you are having otitis external. You can start antibiotic tablet augmentin to reduce the inflammation for 1week. Start antiallergic tablet levocetrizine at bed time for 1 week. Preferably you need to put icthamol glycerin wick in the ear for at least 1 week which will decrease the oedema of the canal and help in faster healing. But that wick need to be inserted by ent surgeon. Take steam inhalation. Check your blood sugar and if raised take medication to control it. Don't put water in ear. Don't use ear buds. Please review if you have any queries.
