According To Ultrasound Of Liver, My Liver Measures 20.4 Centimeters.
Question: According to ultrasound of liver, my liver measures 20.4 centimeters. How serious is this regarding a fatty liver, possible contour liver due to cirrhosis?

You are reporting to have enlarged liver ( 20.4 cm).
I need to know more about your abdominal ultrasound report like:
- liver homogeneity
- portal vein size etc
This is why kindly request you to upload it , so I can check it by myself.
The mos common cause of enlarged liver is fatty liver gr III or more .
Sometimes it is associated with elevated liver enzymes. In this cases it needs treatment and is a serious condition.
Please can you tell me if you have done liver panel test? If Yes ,please upload them to me.
If I were your treating doctor I would suggest to do liver fibroscan ( elastography) to better evaluate liver tissue damage.
