Actually I Just Want To About Peri Sac .moreover I

And sac is seperated anteriorly....whether is a problematic pregnancy??
Pregnancy seems to be threatened.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern.
I have gone through your query and would like to offer my opinion.
From the description you have given, it appears that the pregnancy is threatened. Please upload the sonogram report. I can give you some more information after reading it.
I would also like to know what is it that you wish to know about, the gesration sac or peri-sac.
Brownish discharge is often due to old collection of blood. Yellowish discharge can be due to a threatened pregnancy or an infection, which needs to be clarified through a clinical exam.
Seperation of the gestation sac anteriorly is a feature that needs to be reviewed in a week to see if it increases. If the contour of the sac is regular and fetal heart can be made out and if the discharge subsides by then, hope for the continuation of the pregnancy is mire.
Please take absolute bed rest and avoid all forms of stress including sexual intercourse. Please maintain adequate liquid intake and proper nourishment. Follow your doctor's instructions and hope for the best.
Hope I have answered your query. Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. I will be happy to help.
regards,
Shanti.V.

And another thing in morning i use to get brown discharge and at night time i use to get pink discharge without pain for 4 regular days ...ma'am why it is happening ....
Pregnancy seems unhealthy according to sonogram.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
I have through your reports. As per the sonogram report, the pregnancy appears unhealthy since the gestation sac outline is irregular, there is partial separation of the sac and also perhaps feeble cardiac pulsations which could not be counted hence.
As I mentioned earlier, observation is the best way of dealing with your situation. Peri-sac means around the sac. The term has been used to denote fluid collection around the gestation sac.
The brown discharge observed in the morning is a collection whereas the pink discharge seen in the evening is a fresh collection. Unless this is arrested, the threat to the pregnancy looms large. Causes can be several, including genetic defects, hormone imbalances, infections, trauma etc.
Please take rest and follow up with your specialist.
Hope your query has been answered. Please get back if you need anything else. I will be ready to help.
regards,
Shanti.V.

You can wait for a few days before making a decision.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am very sorry for not being able to answer early since I had some technical issues with my login.
In the current scenario, I would ask you to take a few days before you make the decision. Confirmation is needed to plan termination or otherwise. This is done by a follow-up sonogram. Serial titres of serum beta-hCG done every 2 days are another way to check the progress of the pregnancy. Doubling titres indicate good prognosis.
Hope this helps.
Wish you good health.

Possibly normal vaginal discharge.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing again.
It is good that the bleeding has stopped. Profuse watery white discharge is often observed during early pregnancy and also around delivery. You seem to be experiencing this normal discharge.
Please repeat the sonogram after a week and plan further management accordingly.
Hope this helps. Please get back if you need anything else.

Discharge of amniotic fluid can occur if the sac leaks or ruptures.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for writing back.
I have already answered your first query a while ago but I do not know why it is not posted.
It is good that the bleeding has stopped. Please go for a repeat sonogram after a week and plan further management.
However, the discharge you have been experiencing is more likely to be a vaginal secretion, which is often enhanced during pregnancy. This is normal.
Leakage of amniotic fluid can occur when the sac leaks or ruptures. Since the quantity is very small at this stage, around 50-60 ml., it cannot be a profuse gush. This is a very rare possibility.
Hope your queries have been answered.
Wish you good health.

Mostly normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing again.
The discharge is mostly normal. During pregnancy, this is often observed. If you do not have any further issues, please get your next regular follow up. Else, contact your consultant for a clinical assessment to plan further management.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Follow up will detect any problems.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
I can understand the importance of this pregnancy to you. If cervical incompetence was detected in your earlier pregnancy, regular follow up is needed to detect any problems and go for a cervical encirclage at the earliest need. Else, profuse discharge is a common occurrence in pregnancy.
If everything else is good, the pregnancy runs to term with a cervical stitch. Proper precautions are a must throughout pregnancy.
Do not worry about PCOD now. The problem is self-corrective many-a-time after pregnancy.
Hope I have provided you the information needed.
Wish you good health.
regards,
Shanti.V.
