Food belonging to the Alium group of vegetables like onions, garlic etc should be avoided.
Potassium is a very important nutrient in controlling pemphigus.
Food rich in potassium include bananas, apricots, prunes, oranges, tomatoes and raisins. Vegetables such as potatoes, artichokes, and spinach as well as squash are also high in potassium.
These should be included in diet.
