Question: After 4months of delivery my wife's period has started. But this time.. Flow is high.. And little bit pain she has.. Is it normal?

Heavy bleeding after delivery with little pain can be a normal finding and could be due to hormonal imbalance and anaemia.

But if it is persistent then it has to be evaluated with the help of blood investigations like haemoglobin, thyroid profile.

Pelvic ultrasound to rule out the possibility of any pelvic pathology.
