I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per my surgical experience, the frenulum is tight in some conditions, in
which there is frenuloplasty done to relieve the tension of tissue, however
frenulum removal is an unusual procedure.

Kindly provide me further details so that I can answer your query completely.

1. What was the need for surgery ?
2. Give exact details of surgery and if possible, share the discharge note
given by the operating surgeon.
3. Currently any issue with penis erection, foreskin stretching, semen
ejaculation ?
4. Your current age.
5. History of diabetes or any other systemic disease ?

Hai sir I had tight pennis skin if I pull back it stuck in my glance ring that’s why doctor removed my frenulum at age 18 years after 2months that I notice I had no sensitivity in my pennis while doing sex from that time too much time taking to ejaculate sperm when young age I felt great but at 30 age I felt bad that what I had lost I showed some doctors but my problem not solved and some disturbance in my urethra also some doctors said that Psycoligical problem if it is Psycoligical problem frenuloplasty before I enjoyed lot I noticed shagging time also but after that I didn’t get any pleasure from sexual activity but too much intrest of sex just I felt satisfaction mentally while doing sex but physical no enjoyment so I got premature ejaculation problem right now and some 80 percent erection some times and my glance and my pennis skin and my scrotum also not getting any pleasure some times my body also not getting pleasure while hugging and kissing time iam very much intrest to enjoy sex but I didn’t notice nothing. Least not notice anything suck my pennis somebody before doing sex please try to understand my problem and my scrotum also too tight when erected my balls lift to under some times and my urethra feel stuck something feeling when pee or ejaculate some times

Welcome for the follow up and thanks for the relevant details.

* As per the description , the excess foreskin with phimosis problem and
tight frenulum faced by you long time back and hence surgery of
circumcision with frenuloplasty must be carried out.

@ Purpose of this surgery procedure is
- easy retraction of foreskin during act of foreplay, sex and afterplay
- smooth entry of penis into vagina which is problematic before surgery
due to tight frenulum ( penis bends at times with that )

@ The surgery has nothing to do with
- time to get penis tight
- feeling of sex and various acts related to sex
- timing of penis remaining tight and release of semen

* Be very clear in mind, that the both procedures operate the penis from
external surface only and there is nothing handled so far as urethra or
other sex related nerves concerned.

* There is very thin line of demarcation between the sex desire, arousal and
pleasure.

* When the penis does not get tight at all, it relates to the problems of
penile nerves such as diabetes or others.

* While it is the psychological factor part which can cause any of the three
problem.

* In your case, there is absolutely no harm from the surgery as penis is
getting tight as well even today.

Thank you for your answer sir iam not acuse about operation and doctor but I want only solution and iam not curcamised only removed frenulum breve and iam facing problem in my urethra nerve so is it any reason to releate my problem iam asking you sir please if u have any doubts to find out my problem please ask or any tests required please refer I will do or if you have any idea about my condition please prescribe medicines

* Any problem of urethra or penis can be obtained through thorough clinical
evaluation as well as necessary radiology work up.

In my opinion, you should discuss the need of

- soft tissue ultrasound of penis ( to look for any fibrosis or scar tissue )
- ascending urethrography ( check status of urethra )
- doppler ultrasound penis ( evaluate blood supply of penis )
