After Medication Will Be Completely Cured As I Was Diagnosed With Sciatica Pain?

I am XXXXXXX 47 years old with 93 kg weight, 5.11" height, with no other medical ailments like cholesterol, diabetic etc.
I have a query related to the pain in my lower spine which gets aggrevated to my left leg till the tip of the toe. Initially I visited a local doctor who prescribed pain killers, later as the pain didn't get reduced, I visited Sakra hospital and consulted a neurologist. He prescribed BAGA-NT 100/10mg for 10 days and advised to get MRI scan. Since 4 days I am on medication, relief was felt to some extent, but not completely. After medication will it be completely cured as I was diagnosed with sciatica pain, or will you suggest me with any other medication.
