Hello,

Thanks for the personal query.

Dose of Albendazole for your kid is 400 mg single dose. But please remember, this is a prescription medicine and needs to be prescribed by a doctor after examining your child. It needs to be used only after considering the possible adverse effects. Please visit your pediatrician for a proper dosage.

It should be given with meal as its absorption increases with food.
It can cause nausea or gastrointestinal abnormality for which you should observe your kid.
It must not be given to a child with known hypersensitivity to Albendazole.
In certain conditions dosage and duration of treatment will be different.
Same dose can be repeated after two to three week if symptom persists.

I hope this answers your query well.
I will be glad to answer if you have any further query.

Wish you and your family good health.
Regards
