Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for the query. I can understand your concern. According to your statement, you have been suffering from getting a throbbing on the right side of the frontal part of the head.

A throbbing sensation is one symptom often associated with headache, a common medical condition. Throbbing results from the dilatation of blood vessels from the increased blood flow. Frontal sinuses can become inflammed by an infection or allergic reaction that is known as frontal sinusitis. The swelling of the frontal sinuses can result in a throbbing sensation or ache around the forehead, eyes or cheeks.

Again, in case of migraines, a pulsating pain or throbbing sensation may occur usually one side of head and can result in light and sound sensitivity, nausea, vomiting, blurred vision etc.

Cluster headache and tension type headache also can develop such type of throbbing sensation on the frontal part of the head.

You can take painkillers like Acetaminophen or Naproxen along with Flunarizine as a prophylaxis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
