Alternate Medicine For Kanya Lohadi Vati

Question: Hi,
Below medicines were suggested on XXXXXXX but I am not able to get one medicine "Kanya Lohadi Vati". Can you suggest any alternate medicine besides XXXXXXX Lohadi Vati.

Male side :
1. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXX ras 1 tab once a day
2. Ashwagandhadi churna 1 gram twice a day with milk
3. Chandraprabh vati 1 tab twice a day
Female side :
1. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXX ras 1 tab once a day
2. Chandraprabha vati 2 tabs twice a day
3. Ashwagandhadi churna 1 gram twice a day with milk
4. XXXXXXX lohadi vati 1 tab once a day
5. XXXXXXX compound or Laxmarishtam 5 ml twice a day

Hello,

You can start the following medicine instead of XXXXXXX lohadi vati -
Tab. Aloes Compound” (Alarsin) 1 tab twice a day or XXXXXXX Pravartani vati 1 tab twice a day (Baidyanath or any other reputed Ayurveda Pharmacy)
