Question: Hi, I met a guy today and we did mutual masturbation. He came first and I came about a minute later. He finished me off with the hand he used to masturbate and there was probably still a little but of cum on his hand. Am I at risk of HIV? I have no idea if he has the virus or not of course, but I noticed needle points on his belly afterwards, seems like a drug user. thanks
