At age of 83 years you are exercising 5 days a week and eating healthy. I really appreciate this.
Since you have Arthritis (Might be Knee osteoarthritis) and Osteoporosis, in this condition we advise not to do weight bearing exercises and aerobics. Since the bones are weak.
You are overweight, as far as your BMI is concerned.
You should indulge in brisk walking, if possible jogging, and stretching exercises.
Try to consume food with less calories.
