Brief Answer:
Either can be used

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
I understand your concern since both are multivitamins.
There are minor differences in the dose of the individual vitamin in the 2 brands.
They are not identical.
However, if you have not been prescribed the multivitamin to take care of a particular vitamin, there should not be any problem in taking either of the brands.
So if there was no specific deficiency that your primary doctor is taking care of, there is no problem in changing the brand.
Best of luck,
Dr Saumya H Mittal
