I have gone through your query and these symptoms could be related to increase in dose of paxil.
They usually resolve gradually on continued medicine.
Also get your fasting blood sugar levels, thyroid function tests and serum uric acid levels checked as their derangement can also be associated with increased sweating and salivation.
